One of my first experience in Jakarta was having to amend my taste buds to adjust to the city.

Yes I am a Tofu Fan , Give me Tofu any day of the week, Specially when it is silken Tofu with flavors that make my taste buds travel from Jakarta to China the instant the tofu lands on my tongue.
